TextBy purchasing a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to terminate the order in the event of a commissioner violating these terms.

✦ You will always receive a sketch for approval before the final work is completed. If the initial sketch is rejected and needs to be completely redrawn, I reserve the right to keep, modify, and use the rejected sketch/pose in any way I see fit.✦ All commissions are created digitally. You will receive a high resolution PNG file upon completion.✦ I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork.✦ I have the right to upload commissioned artwork to my galleries and include it in my portfolio, etc. HOWEVER, I will not modify or use your commission for other clients or unrelated projects, ensuring that your commission remains unique to you.✦ You may use commissioned artwork for PERSONAL/NON-COMMERCIAL purposes only (e.g. uploading a web version to your gallery, using it as an avatar, printing for personal use, etc.).

REFUNDS

✦ Once the commission has fully completed the work and submitted the artwork, there are no refunds.
✦ If I have not started your sketch, you can cancel the commission and receive a full refund.
✦ Once you agree with the sketch, I will proceed with the work. After you approve the sketch, I can refund you half of the cost. The work and my time must be paid for.
✦ All possible corrections or additions to the drawing are made at the sketching (shape correction) and coloring (color correction) stages. If it is a later stage - 3 USD per mini-change.
